Cesar the local climber who runs the climbing is awesome. Super nice guy and one powerful climber. If you go, ask Cesar to show you his solo routine. He does a horizontal handstand on the face of the rock. Awesome. Injury has kept us from climbing for a while so this was the perfect, casual place to spend a morning.... More

“Rapelling with Cesar was excellent”

We ( 50+ , 50 , 11) did rapelling with Cesar Melendez. It was 2 more ladies in our group. Also 4 Instructors and driver. Organization was excellent. View unbilelevable! I didn't do it myself (I'm 68 and a wee bit tired) but I watched the instructor giving a private lesson. The wall itself is a natural cliff with a very unusual formation. Our small group had no thought of rock climbing when we were deciding at the Explora Ya office deciding which hikes and adventures we were going to do. And then we met Cesar.
