We came here on a P&O cruise from Australia. We paid a local driver XPF2000 (or there was an option to pay $25AU) to take us to the piscine naturelle (or natural aquarium). This place was absolute paradise. Water so blue, sand so white, lots and lots of fish, although the coral was average. We came in the beginning of... More

We went there as a day trip organized by ourselves. We left our Hotel in Anse Vata around 5:30am to buy Betico2 ticket at the port on that day. The only credit card we have was AMEX so we could not book the tickets online the night before. There was no guarantee that we could buy tickets that day due... More

This was lovely and very close to Le Meridien - a lovely stroll through the bush. Great snorkelling in a stunning setting. More

Beautiful setting, very enjoyable day - enjoyed snorkling and hiking to get there. Not to be missed. Bring some food and drink with you as I am please to report that there are no restaurants nor coffee shops nearby, therefore a real paradise ! More

The most stunning water in the world. Crystal clear underrates it. Huge fish that follow you around. Unique natural setting. Get there early, before there are many people, and take a bottle of water. About 20 minutes walk from Le Meridien. Follow the path, but where you think it disappears, opposite a wooden house, just wade through the water, only... More

well protected from waves, the snorkeling was awesone, we saw beautiful fish everywhere, surprisingly not overcrowded. you have to wade in the water to get to it, depending on the time of day, as it is dependent on the tides More

This is something we would travel back to the Ile Des Pins just to do again. The pool is open to the ocean by a narrow rocky channel which means it refreshed at each tide change. The coral, the colourful fish all around the clams on the bottom make this an ideal snorkelling venue. We prefer this to the Great... More

I heard that the place was really good but it did not match my expectation for snorkeling. However except that disappoint the place is really nice and can be enjoyable hike from Upi Bay! More

We loved this place!! Snorkeled in the morning, went and had lobster lunch on the beach and then came back in the afternoon. The tide was out in the afternoon and there were few snorkelers. With the tide being out the fish were in a concentrated area. Absolutely lovely!!! More
