Educational too - we run presentations on local geology and archaeology. We can supply you with all equipment and protective clothing - bring a towel and T-shirt. Dangerous? No! We have an excellent safety record which makes Kuching Caving as safe as shopping. "The best thing we did in Kuching" is the reaction from most of our guests. Western managed. Our day out with Kuching Caving on their Big Spaces Cool Streams package was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! Not only was it so easy to make a booking from overseas, everything went without a glitch during the tour, leaving us with absolutely no complaints and a real experience to remember. I won't divulge too much detail... More

We initiated contact with James via email prior to our trip to Kuching. He replied quickly and thoroughly to my numerous emails! Wanting to be organised as we were travelling with kids, James provided me with all the info I needed prior. We were collected from Kuching city promptly and transported to their base. Once there, we were kitted out,... More

Among all the caves such as Fairy Cave, Wind Care and others, I prefer the Wind Cave. During our visit, it was pretty chilling up there but it is a nice experience. More

Hi. Whilst we are always grateful for new reviews I fear that this one may be in the wrong place as Kuching Caving only go to Fairy Cave very rarely. December was the last time. Next time you come to Kuching try our Big Spaces product which visits a cave which most people rate higher than either Wind or Fairy... More

My wife and I went caving with Kuching Caving in Febrary 2012. We had no idea how expansive the cave network is in Malaysia, or how interesting! We had never been in a cave before. We were outfitted with equipment and learned about the geology and history of the caves and how to be safe. James is quite an interesting... More

One of the coolest things I have ever done. I went to the Underground River in the Philippines (one of the new 7 natural wonders of the world) and it really didn't even compare to this. The caves are beautiful the trekking is exiting and James is a cool dude to hang out with. I will admit it is a wee... More

We've decided to travel to Kuching on the last minute and didn't really know what to do. A quick search on tripadvisor later, we opted for some caving. We were already impressed by the professionalism of Kuching Caving website, quite unusual. It was really easy to book the tour. But the best came with the caving itself. The places where... More

We kind of expected a sunday stroll through some tourist-caves, with staircases and artificial lights here and there.......Well, that was definitely not the case :-) What we got instead was an incredible, wonderful day - a great fun and unforgettable adventure! Not only did James guide us through the caves absolutely safe and secure, he also has a broad knowledge... More

My friend and I decided to go caving...our other friends didn't want to splurge on our budget trip...but the extra 70 bucks for caving was so worth it! James and Frankie were knowledgable and much fun. I had never caved before and would highly recommend for beginners as both James and Frankie have a lot of experience. We also got... More

The journey from our hotel located at Kuching waterfront to the village took about an hour with a quick stop for some snacks and refreshments. Along the way, our guide, James briefed us about the caving we were about to experience and some historical sights along the journey. At the village, we met Frankie, the local guide, at his house....
