We booked this through our airport transfer person but this is the website: http://www.mukunibig5.co.zm/ They do other things besides walking with lions such as elephant rides but we didn't try any of them. We booked the the day before and were given only 2 time slot options. I think during high season you might need to book in advance. We... More

Walking with the Lions was an interesting experience and gave my kids an opportunity to actually stroke a lion. My daughter was often heard saying that she wished she could reahc out and touch the animals that came so close the the vehicles on safari - especially the lons, so we thought this would be the perfect answer. It didn't... More

my son (33) & I did the walks w/ lions & then added on the walks w/ cheetahs. you actually get to walk holding on to the tail of a 14 or 19 month old lion. the staff were excellent. & nade sure everyone was safe. you could pat & scratch head their heads. Wow, this was worth the money. Where else can you have such a close encounter? Don't get a false sense of security with the cheetahs though...one nipped at a girl in our group. It was meant in play but scared all of us and left a bruise on her cheek! More

I spent an afternoon walking with the lions and it was fantastic. My only negative comment would be that the souvenirs were expensive. More

My husband and I decided to do the lion walk and were very pleased with the experience. First and foremost, I appreciated the fact that the organization doing this does not exploit their animals. We enjoyed walking with 2 lion cubs for about an hour. They climbed into trees and we got to "play" with them by offering them sticks.... More

You will only be able to meet two lions and walk them. As long as you are aware that there is only access to two of them, you will be fine. Loved Dende'. She was my favorite lion. More
