Our pilot Halice was amazing. He is highly skilled in manoeuvring the balloon through the Goreme Valley. He steered the balloon in between two chimneys --- a tight fit, but clearly not a problem. The landing was very soft. On one attempt, he landed right on top of the trailer. When I had the balloon flight in Kenya, due to... More

We booked the tour through our hostel so we didn't know much about the company going into it but came out amazed. Our pilot Hazim was full of humour and very skilled at his job allowing us to get close to the magnificent landscapes without feeling unsafe. With only 10 passengers in the basket it also seemed less crowded than... More

Voyager Balloons have a great reputation and it is well-deserved. I also liked the fact that there were 2 staff on board. This really is a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you Halis, and we were really impressed that you brought the balloon down on the back of the trailer! More

In May 2011 Polish air ballon pilot Piotr of Voyager Balloons flew us over the Valley of Love in Cappadocia near Goreme and Uçhisar. This was a once in a lifetime experience. Hard to describe, better check out the video we uploaded on Youtube channel RobKloYT. another planet or another country? what an incredible experience ... when you have the opportunity, don't miss doing this - we actually went several years ago (wasn't an option for an earlier date). give yourself the gift of visiting cappadocia and including the hot air balloon ride - you'll be so glad you did - and dress warm and in... No visit to Turkey is complete without an early morning balloon flight in Cappadocia. Early morning pick-up from your hotel and you are taken out to the launch site to watch your balloon launch preparation. Once airborne the scenery is just SENSATIONAL with views over the beautiful countryside just "littered" with magnificent sandstone structures called "fairy chimneys". People still live... More

A whirl wind start to the day. A hotel pick up to a group breakfast ... And then into a brand new mini bus to our balloon. A field of balloons all popping off into the sky full of tourists. Our ride ended with a champagne toast, no complaints here! A grand day out. Amazing snowy views, and crazy conversations... More

We recently took a one-hour balloon ride with Voyager Ballons over Cappadocia and thought it was excellent. We were not too crowded in the basket, the pilot/guide was lively and informative and it was an experience we shall never forget. More

It was such a great experience to be in the balloon ride, especially seeing all of those wonderful "natural shapes" around Cappadocia and beyond! Well worth it! More

Our group took the 1 hour ride with Voyager Balloons. Of the 60 or so balloons in the air, ours was the only 1 hour ride that went up, came back down very close to the valley floor and went back up. The Pilot was professional and humorous. Landing was very gentle. We had a couple of members who are... More
