Join us at Relax Bay on our tree top yoga sala overlooking the amazing Andaman Sea. This is a Vinyasa yoga class (also known as flow or power yoga). The emphasis is on the breath. We connect the asanas (postures) with the breath. This practice builds focus, flexibilty strength and stamina.ALL LEVELS WELCOME. Variations and modifications of the poses make the class basic enough for beginners yet challenging enough for advanced students.
