Heaven on Earth - volcanic stone sculptures abound - every tree a bonsai - cedar, pine, maple and more. Azaleas were in full bloom and a delight in colour. Hallim Park features an extremely interesting cave complex quite unique as it has been dug by lava, a traditional Korean village, beautiful waterfalls, a bonsai garden and a section with creative sculptures. The price is very affordable and you can also visit the beautiful beach opposite the park while you're there. Worth a visit if you have spare time on... More

Garden full of flower aroma when flower blossom session. Overall not very attractive. A common/general attraction with combination theme. Good for family outing. You may buy Jeju chocolate with different flavor. Its really taste nice. If you worry about the quality, free tasting available. More

So much to offer from beautiful botanic displays to a fabulous Bonsai area which was so peaceful and various specimens of fauna.... Plus several species of cacti. Caves to go down and lovely park area..... A lovely outing which was also very reasonably priced. More

I am not overly interested in much to with botany but if I were I think I would have enjoyed this park much more. (We were also there in late January so Im not sure how much the park differs in the warmer seasons) We had nothing planned for the day and happened upon Hallim Park when we were wondering... More

The park is a great snapshot of what the island has to offer. The gardens highlight a number of different plant species as well as shelter the lava tube which is both breathtaking and refreshing is the weather outside is toasty hot. There are bonsai exhibits, traditional korean village exhibitions and even an aviary. Very neat and pleasant way to... More
