They called this building parterre, probably referring to the Parterre (water park) at the front (back?) of the building. Visit if you have time. Make time if you don't have one! You can esaily access the exterior of Villa Isola....ask your driver to take you to UPI (pronounced OOO-Pee) and this is a large University Complex which has 30 thousand students. If you find it difficult to find a room or suite for the night in Bandung, UPI even has it's very own hotel which caters for outside guests and not...
