The beach outside of our hotel Mercure was quite dirty and sticky to walk on. We expected a better beach and were quite disappointed. Of course, the cleaning staff were trying to keep the beach clean by sweeping the beaches in the morning, but for some reason, the dirt returns by the evening.

If you like To stay in Nusa Dua this beach is a nice place to go, its quiet and good for snorkling because the water steady and not to deep

This is still a secret place and hopefully will stay it as long as possible. Great surf spot, cannot recommend to go swimming there, too much current. We loved it for the best warungs in Bali, the quiet walks on the beach and the surf.

I Have now idea why this is an attraction in Kuta as it is a 2 hour drive west from Kuta, but that a side this small village in west-Bali has a great vibe hanging around. Besides the busy road that leads all the way to ferry to Jave at Glimanuk, West-Bali is so quiet. There are not that many...
