After so much research and worrying about how we would get from Lombok to Bali with two very young children, I feel it is only fair to post this review as the journey was a total success and absolutely seamless. we were advised to fly by friends who live there, some very knowledgeable trip advisor regulars, but we decided to... Have tried their services for return to Gili Terawangan on 8 and 10 March 2013. They are on time. Good services by the crew. Comfort boat with a good design. A long the way I may slept well even the tide a bit high. They done the transfer very well. Just one thing, the crew didn't introduce us how the... More

After looking at a number of options to get to Gilli T, we chose the Bluewater Express. It was one of the cheapest and fastest ways to get to the Gilli Islands and we were happy we chose them. Being picked up from your hotel and taken to the port was also an added convenience. Now that the Lombok International... More

We recently holidayed in the Gili Islands and used Bluewater Express from Serangan (Bali). The trip over was run efficiently and to schedule. Where Bluewater really excelled was the return trip. The seas had been very rough (5m swell) and no boats were running from the islands to Bali. We popped into their office on Gili T to see if... More

We caught the blue water express from Gili Meno to Padang Bai via Lombok. Firstly, there was a lot of confusion as to how we were actually getting there. After multiple (around 5 times) questioning and being told to "come!" "No sit!" "You come now, no wait you sit still" we were told to get on a local boat that... More

i just dont like to be in a sea trip :) And the boat looks a bit tired. 2.5 hour in d boat should have at least more comfy seats..especially with the price at that range.

This last year I must have gone 5 times to Gili T. Last weekend in fact. 2010 about the same. and going back over many years. Over the entire time there is only one company that I have/would ever travel with, BlueWater Express. It's a well run operation. Great comfortable boats. They have a small water there for you, Mentos... More

Having taken the trip to the Gilis several times. If you are looking for a quality service, comfort and a provider that takes safety serious, I have no doubt Blue Water Express is the best way to get to Gilis. You can definitely find cheaper providers, but the boats are a totally different standard and often the most basic safety... More

Firstly, the trip from Gili T to Padang Bai was uneventful and this is the second time I have made the journey. The first trip was with Ocean Star (also uneventful) however based on some of the poor reviews for Ocean Star recently my wife preferred to book with Blue Water Express who had positive reviews. Our trip was one... More

Very expensive to book over the net. Even during peak season I risked it and booked a ticket once I had landed in Bali. Walked into the Ubud office and it was no problem to book 2 return tickets to Gili T. Cost was still quite $$$, saved a bit on internet prices but was no means as cheap as... More
