Went on 06/04/2012. Booked this late so the agent rang straight away & confirmed the booking. The driver arrived 20 minutes ahead of time which was frustrating as the hotel reception staff rang & said the driver is in the foyer waiting for us to come down. I was still in the shower. On meeting the driver he advised me... More

At first it seems like a rather good deal, a trip to a small, almost deserted paradise island, with the hotel pick up, breakfast, boat ride, lunch, free snorkeling, complementary drinks and banana boat rides all included, all for just 100 USD per person. Well don't be fooled, it's not worth it! It's well organised, that's a fact, but they... More

I took the reef tour during may 2012 with my 18 yo daughter. Overall it was a good day but nothing spectacular. The island tour was interesting but our guide never told us what we were looking at. I think he was mute! Lunch was excellent Activities on board were all working. Having snorkeled in Thailand and Vanuata, this experience... More

My wife and I went on a lovely dinner cruise on the Bali Hai 2 There was no better way to spend a tropical evening than to watch the sun go down as you cruise around the harbour. The very enjoyable international buffet dinner including seafood, grilled fish, roast meat, salads, sushi plus a full range of deserts was served... More

Whenever we go to Bali, average twice a year, we try to go on the Bali Hai Cruise in the evening. The Boat just travels literally around Benoa Harbor but it is lovely to stand on the deck with a cocktail in your hand watching the other boats and the sun go down. The dinner was good but not wonderful... More

We travelled on the Bali Hai Beach Club cruise on Friday April 6th 2012 having booked through our resort the previous day, traveling with my 2 teenage sons. Our experience with Bali Hai today was extremely disappointing & I would not recommend this tour at all.  I understand that 'conditions ' are somewhat beyond the operators control but given that... I am not fussy but this was not the best cruise at all. The boat does not even leave the harbour and at one stage we were idleing in the water not going anywhere. It goes around and around in the harbour and that's it. Dinner started at 6:15 and they started clearing everything by 7:30. Food very average, but... More
