This museum has a great audio mode of taking one through the history of Kerala state. Besides the main museum, there is a doll museum and a paintings section. The museum (if it's the one I remember going to) is full of artefacts showing the religious history of Kochi- the Catholic churches that have influenced the culture for the past few hundred years. Worth a look. More

We spent a few hours walking around and looking at all the art which was remarkable. We were interesting in the Kerala History and we learned a lot about it. The commentaries were very well done. Enjoyed it all! More

I chanced upon this treasure trove while doing the most mundane of activities- buying fish from Matsyafed stall nearby ! The architecture is striking and enjoyed a leisurely stroll around the exhibits ..the location could have been better for local crowds and school children to appreciate it ! More
