Very impressive ,worth visiting.The idol is about 18 feet tall with a huge Mushak infornt of it.The place is known for it's sacredness.It is a must for all Ganesha devotees.The Someshwara Temple is very beautifull and it older than other temples in and around.It is nicely carved ,looks majestic and very beautifull More

The place is very sacred. I believe a lot in Ganesha. I visited this place and had darshan before i started my career as a banker in 1980. I visited again with my family after marriage. Kurudumalai is located ninty kilometres away from bangalore on bangalore -chennai highway,off mulabagal town.This place is of mythological significance.
