My husband and I spent two days with Soeun visiting Angkor Wat and nearby temples on the first day. He was highly recommended by a colleague and we found him to be a terrific tour guide. Soeun was very knowledgable about the cultural and religious history of the temples, and he spent time introducing each temple in the complex, often... More

Soeun was a fantastic tour guide. We spent 3 days and Soeun took us around and visited the temples in Siem Reap. He was very considered and plan our itinerary very flexible. (Remarks: because of the cloudy day, we could not see the sunset and sunrise in Angkor Wat, Souen re-arranged and let us entered to Angkor Wat again.) He... More

I spent 6 days on the back of Kong's scooter exploring Angkor Wat and it's surroundings. Kong knows when and how to visit the temples so not to be too much ran over by hordes of other tourists, mostly on group travels. He speaks English very well and is willing to share more then just historic knowledge on the temples,... More

Mr. Soeun was an amazing guide! He spent 2 days taking us around the temples and Tonle Sap. I would recommend him to anyone traveling to the area, his knowledge was second to none. He was not only knowledgeable about the sites we visited, but was very informative about the country's turbulent history and shared many of his own personal... More

What a fantastic guide. Only had a short stay and Soeun covered such a lot in such little time. His knowledge is second to none and would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a guide. The little extra touches made our tour go without a hitch. Thanks Soeun, hopefully we will make it back for a bit longer and cover... More

Although I regularly used TripAdvisor, I found Soeun due to recommendations from friends who have visited Siem Reap. They strongly recommended that I contact him, and I am thrilled that they did. I only had 1.5 days there, and we moved efficiently through many temples and Tonle' Sap lake village. In a single word, it was terrific. Soeun was tremendously... More

Soeun was a fantastic tour guide. My family and I booked him for 6 days from Australia, and we were absolutely delighted with how much knowledge he shared with us during our two week stay in Siem Reap. We were travelling with a 14 year old, an 8 year old and a 4 year old. He engaged with all of... More

As all the reviews have stated, Mr. Kong Soeun is the tour guide that will describe and show you the long history, the recent tragedy, the current status, and future aspirations of Cambodia through stories, his personal experiences, and his deep love for and knowledge of his country. With excellent English skills, incredible patience (for my photography-loving husband, my 1,000... More

You cannot count the number of good things that will describe Mr. Kong Soeun. You would actually run out of good adjectives to describe the guy. My husband and I had been travelling around Asia and by far, this has been the best tour that we had. First, we booked a tour with Mr. Soeun for 3 days in Siem... More

Very rarely do you meet someone quite as kind, generous and heartwarming as Kong Souen. Not only was he very knowledgable, he went out of his way to take us on 'the road less traveled' , by showing us off the beaten track entrances to temples including preah Kahn. He shared with us amusing anecdotes of how a confused religious... More
