We wondered around temples for 3 days and then wanted a change and found the perfect activity with this cookery school. We were individually able to choose any starter and main course from the restaurant menu and, in a group of 6 after an interesting visit to the Market, we spent the morning preparing these dishes for our lunch. After... More

Well that's a little overexagurated, but it was my first cooking class ever and overwelmed with the fun and the experience of the mise en place, the cooking, the tasting of new combinations. It is very nice to something so completely different for a day. The chef explaines very well how to cut, cook and prepare, and you can ask... More

Signed up for Khmer cooking school as a break from touring the temples. We were split into groups of 8 and chose the dishes we wanted to cook from the restaurant menu. We then went off with our dedicated chef on a tour of the local market to buy the ingredients. The chef was was patient explaining in a lot... More

Class starts with you choosing what you want to cook followed by a tour through the near by market. We get to make everything from scratch which is awesome and get to eat everything at the end! We paid $12 USD all up which is excellent value given the amount of time it takes (about 3hours) and the amount of... More

Such a fun experience, and the instructor almost made everything Too easy! It was a bit like that math class at university, where the professor is talking and you're shaking your and taking notes, thinking 'this is so simple!', only to get home and go 'I have no idea what to do!?!'. So for me, having pictures~of everything from fresh... More

We really enjoyed this class. We found the price very reasonable and there was so much food we weren't able to eat it all. Definitely go hungry. The chef was fun and very helpful and we learned a lot! More

This cooking class exceeded my expectations. In addition to the trip to the market, our instructor/guide bought us some fruit that we had never tried before. We could choose any starter and main course from the menu which was fantastic. Our instructor was friendly and guided us patiently through the correct techniques. The food was great and it was very... More

What a great way to spend an evening with other tourists. the staff arrange all the ingredients for you, while you chop and cook, and they also clean up after you, which is so appreciated. You can also be served drinks while you prep & cook. It's an elevated kitchen with a view, up some narrow stairs, but in the... More

A really enjoyable break from the temples. The trip to the market was fun and our teacher bought some fruits for us to try. We picked our own starters and mains and the teacher helped us cook. The food was delicious and the cooking experience was really enjoyable. More

While we do not regret doing this class, we weren't all happy with it. The chef leading the class was very nice and knowledgeable, but the organisation of the class itself could have been better. Our group had 6 people and everybody was allowed to choose their own dishes to cook - in the end, one chef was dealing with... More
