Although we didn't actually go into the venue(exhausted from walking in the heat all day), we were able to view the aquarium through the vast glass wall from within the Mall, where we were able to witness divers feeding the various species of fish. An attraction in the Dubai mall. The Dubai aquarium sports a gigantic tank which on one side is contained by tall clear glass; truly awe-inspiring. The underwater passage isn't very long; smaller than that in Underwater World SIngapore (UWS). Species diversity also seemed less than in UWS. More

The lrgest plate of glass in the world. At one point you walk through a tunnel with the main tank above you. This was spoilt by lots of noisy children. More

you get two passes (tunnel and "zoo") for 50aed, which is not a bad price. Skip the photos and gift shop and it's an affordable fun activity for an hour or so.
