I first got a foot massage here - so awesome - it was 60 minutes of pure relaxation and then he took another 10 minutes to massage my back/neck - so of course I had to come back for a full body massage which was good - it was a little warm in the room but overall it was good

I had a foot massage yesterday (half massage as I left after 25 minutes), the skinny guy had no idea what he was doing and he didn't care at all, moving the hand just to do something and look around all the time. Sometimes he was so distracted that he gave up moving the hand. Few meters from this Spa... More

I came here for a facial and left so upset by the service. What their facial consists of is leading you to a dingy room, laying you on a table and covered you in towels, then lathering honey on your face leaving you there 20 minutes, then wiping off with babywipes, then putting another mask on your face, leaving for... Enjoyed my massage at the Lotus Spa, after having rather unprofessional ones elsewhere in Luang Prabang. Enjoyed the place, the treatment, and am planning to go back.

Went here for a facial on advise of Lonely Planet. The facial was uninspired but tolerable until my lady answered her phone... And proceeded to chat for a bit while "giving me a facial." Then she said "I be right back" and left... For 25 minutes. The potion she left on my face itched like crazy; I went out to... More

After travelling over from Thailand where we enjoyed many a wonderful cheap Thai massage, we decided to try a Laos massage, expecting something similar but not really knowing anything about it. We shopped around and were looking in the range of 40-50,000 kip for an hour when we came across Lotus who were offering 2 hours for 70,000 kip. Their... More

Foot massage was ok. I'm being charitable as I write this, but the spa stinks of damp.

Got reflexology foot massage. While I had better, I must say it was good in terms of pressure and touches. Also, they use a wooden stick for exercising pressure on reflex points, something not all the reflexology places do. I agree with other reviews that the staff is a bit unprofessional and tend to chat a lot... But these are... More
