There were tons of locals here on the grounds and it seemed like a nice place to picnic and relax. You could see King Farouk's palace but it was fenced and gated shut. The opulence that you hear about from him is astounding. More

We visited Alexandria in march 2010. And this place was really beautiful...along the mediteranean sea..the location was superb.As many have written, many places are restricted for visitors. But still worth a visit. More
