That is really something! Made by an architect Gorodetsky, who invent his special technique of building and making sculptures with the use of cement. It is located in front of The President office at lovely historic old district. Good place to have walk around and sightseeing. More

The building is nice enough and certainly worth seeing but the statues are so high up one can't see them all that way. It would have been nicer if there were fewer statues but bigger ones. More
