The structure is with in the typical style of this era: massive, with a few neo-classical elements and dull colours. The whole complex consists of the ex-headquarters which now serve as Parliament offices, the President headquarters and the Prime Minister Headquarters, as well as Sheraton hotel and TSUM. It replaced buildings from the beginning of XX century which were half-demolished...
