Great location next to the pier. Music, local atmosphere. Lots of choices and all the food looked fresh and well prepared. Our food was very good. Service at tables, reasonable prices,
Eating at the Roulottes is a delightful and cost-effective experience in pricey Papeete. There is ample variety of food and lost of local color.

We were taken by our Tahitian host on Sunday evening, as it's very popular with locals. Something for everyone, with the possibility that everyone can order from different carts but still all sit together. Fantastic fish with coconut milk! And the crepes... mmmm!
Good food, good service at Mamie roulotte. a lot of choice you can see on a pannel. I had a chow mein special and it was a fullplate!
The food trucks roll in about 6 pm with nearly every food imaginable. We had crepes from the van with the cow on the side and they were fantastic! We split a ham and cheese and a banana chocolate with a bottle of water cost us less than $20. Definitely our cheapest meal of the trip and delicious!
Good value, huge servings, delicious fresh-cooked food! We loved the chow mein and boeuf hache casse-croutes and steak frites. Lots of people ate there so we were confident that the food was safe.
The roulottes serve inexpensive and high quality food. The variety on offer means there's something for most tastes and the energy of eating out with the crowds makes it a fun evening.
