We visited here as part of a tour. I had read up on the place and was expected a bit more. There was a good variety of orchids but they were all in pots. Once you get past the orchids there is a longer area that walks through different trees, including various types of palms. No part of the attraction... More

The Flowers are incredible! But they are just flowers. Paying $15 entrance fee and $40 cab ride from denarau makes this expedition a little bit of a let down. Bring a camera and get a shot walking down the beautifully hallway of orchids...then have a glass of juice and leave. More

There are not that many tourist spots near Lautoka (where we were staying) and it was a joy to make an outing to this beautiful peaceful spot... we wandered the paths and sat by the pools for ages and enjoyed a drink at the gracious cafe. More

We had the fortunate experience of visiting the gardens during a break in our seven day Captain Cook voyage on the Reef Endeavour. The orchids in particular are magnificent and the walk along the valley floor is an eye opener. Just to finish the morning off we were offered the most beautiful drink of a mixture of fruit juices. Just... More

If you like orchids, this is a must! If you are not into the flowers, it's still a good walk, but not worth the effort. Take a cab to get there. And ask him to wait... More

the forestry around fiji is beautiful, this is a great way to see what it is like inside. while fiji is great for scuba diving and other adventures, this is nice for a quite relaxing walk while taking pictures. More
