A group of us were in Peru with Firefighters Without Borders and Christian put a course together for us last minute before we left Peru at the end of our trip. I make a habit of taking cooking courses when i travel because i love food, and i gotta say this one was right up there as far as experiences... More

Sky Kitchen is great way to spend a day in Lima - interesting, fun and filling! Learning about the foods grown in Peru among the sights and sounds of the market was interesting and fun. Preparing and eating the food was fun and filling - we started with about 20 varieties of fruit (including three types of my favourite -... More

We were a group of 5 and joined 4, the instructions were clear and simple. Sent us the recipes really quick, can't wait to make them at home. Had the dinner menu, my favorites were the Causa Rellena and the Picarones. Beautiful place and homey atmosphere. Highly recommend it!

I took the Sky Kitchen class with a friend while traveling in Peru last month. It was pone of the best meals I had! We both really loved the market tour and fruit tasting. I learned delicious additions to my repertory that are easily transferable to my US kitchen. I also really liked the fact it was hands on-not watching... More

All the experiencie was delightful. The amazing apartment is the last floor of a new building 4 floors away from the ovalo of san isidro. Jurac and Christian were really nice and food was amazing. We prepared a causa limeña with chiken, ceviche (this was the star of the night) , salteado de lomo and picarones (like a local donut).... More

If you plan to visit Lima, this is the activity that must be in your list. Such an amazing learning experience with the insiders tips from both Christian and Yurac. Starting from the Market Tour till the sinfully delicious desert part, all I can say is just a great moment. The name of the skykitchen itself is not rather just... More

I don't cook back home and don't exactly like to get my hands "dirty" but the experience (about 3.5hrs) at Sky Kitchen was more a combination of a few things that made it enjoyable. There was interaction (with the hosts - Chris & Yurac and whoever signed up at your same session), a healthy 4 course meal (causa, cerviche, stir... More

I and my friend had a lovely day at SkyKitchen. We had a market visit in the morning, which is interesting, then tasted many local fruits we bought from the market, compared each kind of fruits made us knew much more about the local fruits. Then we started the cooking class, Yurac & Christian explained everything clearly and let us... More

Had such a great day with Christian and Yurac. They were so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Highly recommend the market class as well. Was so much fun walking around like a local getting to taste soooo many new and different fruits. Excellent value for money - if you stress about a tight buget like me - def worth it, you´d... More

My friend and I had the most delightful, delicious meal this afternoon. We tasted true Andean special dishes which we helped to prepare. This activity started in a nice apartment in Lima with a talented chef and Christian, who guided us through the whole process, preparing us to help cook a really delicious meal. Everything was fresh, full of flavor,... More
