Maria and I enjoyed an excellent day which far exceeded our expectations although we should have guessed the quality from the responsive service we received when we booked. Everything was done in a friendly but correct fashion ( reflecting our experience of Chile). Hernan was an excellent guide who obviously had an afinity with nature. The picnic in such an... More

We did a San Francisco Glacier Hike with them and it was such a memorable experience. Our guide Hernan fit the role of an ideal Ecotrip guide well (kind, chill, friendly, informative, and a big supporter of embracing the beauty of nature). The lunch picnic was simple but delicious (especially the natural raspberry juice!) and perfect for a hike. The... More

We were in Santiago this April. Read some great reviews for AndoAndes so thought to give them a try. We went with the San Francisco Glacier tour. They picked us up at our hostel on time. The drive there was about 1.5-2 hrs and they stopped at a gas station for us to pick up some coffee/snack. When we got... More

AndoAndes seems like a good company and I wouldn't want to put anyone off trying their other, longer trips - other reviewers are raving about them - but I would advise against the Cajon del Maipo tour unless all you want is a few hours out of the city. The tour is over-priced for what is distinctly underwhelming. Our guide,... More

Dear, We appreciate your words. As a company, we have decided to suspend any new tours to Cajon del Maipo Waterfalls, until the drought that affected us has been corrected and that the river reestablishes its proper course, hopefully with the winter rains (June-July 2012). Besides, we have also defined a standard for all lunches on all tours so that... More

We went on the tour of La Campana national park. The minibus arrived on time to collect us from our apartment. Our guide Lily spoke great english and was an excellent source of information on the area and the flora and fauna. We were the only participants so got individual service and she looked after us well. The lunch provided... More

Three of us spent the day with Lili on a tour to the San Fransico Glacier. She is a fantastic guide and has great knowledge of the area. She has great communication skills in English and a joy to have as a tour guide. The hike is a challenge, it's not an easy walk in the park so don't expect... More

We spent two days with Liliana and Jocelyn, one in the Banos de Colinas and one in Parque Campana in the coastal Cordillera. Driver and van was great. The food was beautiful and natural, and our hosts were personable, generous, and great to be with. I was originally tipped off to them at tripadvisor and I could not have asked... More

My friend and I signed up for the San Francisco Glacier hike. There were 2 very nice guides, Jocelyn and Lily. There was another couple on the tour so 6 of us all together. It was at a good pace and we always had time to stop and take pictures. They had prepared a snack for us prior to the... More
