In my previous review I complained about the service that we received as an employee was not flexible and helpful, but nothing of that took away the charm of the bike ride, which is super recommended. Yet, soon after I submit my review, the company's owner, Peter, contacted me apologizing and offering to reimburse 100% of the money. I found... More

I did the city bike tour and it was a great way of seeing the city. The guide was funny and informative. He had a lot of random facts was very friendly. We visted quite a few of the usual touristy sites as well as some places you normally wouldnt see as a tourist. The greatest compliment you could i... More

We did two tours with this company in late April. The first one was the Bike & Wine tour. It is expensive for backpackers (especially if you compare it with similar tours in nearby Mendoza, Argentina) but for the price you get transfers from hotel/hostel, tour guide and driver, bikes, and lunch. The tour visits three wineries- the first one... More

It was great to get outside the city. Our guide was very good and we enjoyed all the wineries we visited. We had a great lunch at the small roadside local's restaurant. Bikes worked great and was just the right amount of biking. More

I went on a tour with Matt who was extremely helpful on explaining the Santiago way of life, we went to the arty part of town and the markets, after Matt heard that I already went to the major tourist attractions with another tour. It felt like a friend showing me around. I also went on the bike/wine tour, it... More

My husband and I did the morning bike tour and we loved it. It`s a very good way to know a little bit more about the secrets of Santiago. We stopped at the bustling outdoor markets and also at the fish market which was very interesting. We would have never gone on our own to both places. Then another weekend... More

The tour was 2 1/2 hours. Matt was a great guide. Found everything very interesting. Had I more time I would have done another tour. They have many to pick from. More

The Bicicleta Verde crew's tour of the city was enriching, fun and entertaining. If you have the chance, try riding a tandem bike with Peter or another member of the staff. Sharing a bicycle with a local expert takes the guesswork from navigating the streets so you can enjoy the ride and sights even more. More
