I've eaten at some very good places in Singapore (to be honest its difficult to eat at a bad place in Singapore) but this venue can blow you away. Excellent service, AMAZING food and a great relaxed atmosphere. And watching the classes adds a certain something to the experience too! More

The Streets of Singapore class was a delightful respite from walking around in sunny Singapore -- cool and calming demonstration with a charismatic chef who prepares a delicious lunch. As noted before, it's not a hands-on class but you do get a good sense of method, tips and techniques. The accompanying mini-manual is well laid-out with clear directions. More

Prior to a weeks vacation in Singapore I was able to book a half day cooking class at the Coriander Leaf Restaurant. Some flexibility is required if wanting to attend a specific food type as classes change according to the day. Fortunately the "Streets of Singapore" class was available on my spare Saturday morning. The owner chef certainly knows her... More
