The old stone Navalas Church of Navalas, Buenavista on the northern part of Guimaras island-province is the only existing Spanish heritage church in the island...It is enclosed by some sort of a stone fortress with a wide watch tower/bell tower as its gate....As we approached its gate we were awed by the wide greenery surrounding the church....The atmosphere is both...
