We had a full day of fun at Waterboom Pluit. Lots of water-based activities. The down side is you really can't have a picnic as they confiscate your food & drinks (not even bottled water). They said this is a policy to keep the premises clean, but in fact they just want us to buy in their expensive restaurants. More

Waterbom was a big disappointment. The entrance fee is high and for that amount of money you should expect something wonderfull. The slides were nice, but the water was green of algae and therefore plain filthy. The tiles in the swimming places were slippery because of the algae as well.
