I am so thankful for all of the English translations throughout China, including that of the Nanjing Massacre. The memorial is one that should not be missed, it is a bit redundant in the signage, but it a definite must see. More

It's a sombre reminder of the gruesome events that took place in Nanjing. Over 300,000 people tortured, raped and killed in a very short time. I would recommend this site for anyone in Nanjing. Everything is well labelled and captioned in English. More

I have never been to a Jewish holocaust museum but I imagine that it would be much like this. This is a museum that every visitor to Nanjing should visit. It is very big with excellent English captions. However the subject is harrowing so be prepared. We went over a holiday period so it was very busy even though the staff were trying to control the flow of visitors. More
