What can I say? Looked promising from the outside and the admission price is cheap. Almost all the exhibits were disappointing and a lot of them looked really dated. No accounts of recent space travels like the Hubble, space junk problems, China's first astronauts. There is a theatre in the space museum. And the screen is on the ROOF! So you have to face up. It might make you a bit dizzy, but the movie is really cool. It tells you the history about astronauts and space explorations.

It's been with us in HK since early 80s, a bit old but hasn't lost touch, it still offers some good display and 3D films.

It's not very sophisticated. Lots of cheap stuff posing as "exhibits". For example, cheap plastic models of space capsules under glass, etc.. Lots of broken exhibits as well. I've been there three times and the Space Shuttle exhibit - where kids get to sit in the pilot seat, etc.. - has never been operational. Not worth the price of admission...
