Not like the outlet malls in the states. three floors, but, not many shops. Prices were not that cheap. Many high end brand name shops, but, didn't seem like much of a reduction in price. Was looking for shoes and found a Rockport and Timberland stores. Bought a total of 5 pair of shoes, not sure if I got a... More

This may not compare to outlets in the US, but is a good option for spending a few hours in (and to get you out of the city). Products and brands are of good quality including Burberry, Bally, Coach, Max Mara, Lacoste, Levis, Esprit, Nike, Adidas, IT Outlet, Fortress Electronics, Dymocks Bookstore to name a few. Check the website www.citygateoulets.com.hk... More

Citygate is an average complex and it is not a mega outlet by any means. Compared to USA style outlets, Citygate provides a fraction of quality goods. However, it is a modern, open, streamlined mall with plenty of space to move around, great to escape the heat, cold or rain and has some great views on certain floors. We have... More

City gate outlets proved to be a very pleasant surprise on my second visit. I didn't manage to find much bargains the first time round probably because I was pretty much shopped out but this time, I made it one of my first stops in HK. It helped also that I knew that I specifically needed to get two new... More

The mall has so many brands it's very fun to shop around. However prices are better in south east Asia (during sales). But this place has great variety More

I consider myself a bit of an officionado of the outlet mall, and Citigate Tung Chung certainly doesn't disappoint. I went there by accident on my way to the big buddha and it was excellent. Just catch the train from anywhere to Tung Chung using your octopus card. If you've been to Disneyland you're already familiar with the line, if... More

Authentic brands at discounted rates. Probably off seasoned stuff but still good enough for me. Brands like Burberry, Coach, Agatha, Dunhill, Bally, etc. Lower ends like Nike, New Balance, Adidas, Mango, etc. Good cinema there. A Novotel with free shuttle to the airport. Mc D, Chinese, Japanese food available there. Or you can dine at Novotel. More

If you are – like me – into authentic (read: not fake) branded items, want it hotly discounted, and don’t mind off-season selections, you should check out Citygate Outlets mall in Tung Chung. Tung Chung is right next to the airport. The mall consists of 5 floors of outlet shops, and offers over 80 international brand names. The shops here... More
