It is kind of like somebody saw "Windows to the World" in Shenzhen (a theme park recreating famous landmarks) and wanted to build their own in Chongqing... except they only had about $100 to do it. I'm still not sure if it was intentionally built really badly as some sort of dark humor, or they wanted it to be good...
