This pyramid looks majestic against the desert backdrop. Looks even bigger than the great pyramid of Cheops as it stands alone. Not crowded with tourists and no hasslers here. More

Not as impressive as saqqara and giza but you have to see this as its another part of the history & development of the pyramid. More

this pyramid is not so famous as Giza Pyramids , it's so tiring to get inside , long stairs but its really cool from inside , the red pyramid has no optional ticket to get inside as the other pyramids i visited in Egypt , really worth to see it More

if you are interesting in pyramids there is a lot of pyramids there but no services at all few kilometers south of famous Giza pyramids More

You need to drive through an oil field to get there, but when you do it is a step back in time. You are likely to find yourself alone with the Bent Pyramid and the Red Pyramid is astounding, despite the fact that the inner chambers are flooded with the smell of urine. The Egyptian authorities should be embarrassed. More

In March 2012 Dahshur and Meidum pyramids were one day out of our 6 days tour around Cairo monuments. We went with Golden Pyramid Travel (GPT); they provide the Hotel Taxi Service in the Horizon Pyramid Hotel where we stayed for 8 nights. Worth the time to see the Bent Pyramid and the Red Pyramid, make sure you take the time to go to Sakkara to see the Step Pyramid More

The pyramids of Dahshour are only a short distance from the Giza plateau. As they are amazing as well, their energy is very different. A must see! More
