this performance team used to go world trip. it is one of the best performaces in the world and you can feel the Asian spirit at the prologue also. no need to understand the language, they barely speak. u will regret it if you don't watch this. it used to be run at broad way too. More

Good: This show is everything it is hyped up to be. A few friends already watched it before so I had high expectations and was not disappointed. Appeals to all ages and great entertainment for the family. It has evolved into a sure-fire performance guaranteed to please. Watch this instead of Jump! Bad: Nothing much. If I had to nitpick,... A very entertaining lively evening with some audience participation involved. Entrance to theatre has a number of light food / snack stalls if you want to eat before the performance. Taking subway ask locals at exit for Nanta theatre and they can point you in the right direction to walk as no signage. More

I watched this show three times... once for company event and twice with my friends from abroad. The show is great even if you watch it three times! (well... not three times in a month, but three times in four years.) As it is a non-verbal performance, it can be enjoyed by anyone, foreign / Korean, adults / kids. However,... More

Like other non verbal theatre. Not always make you laugh although you are first timer. But Nanta is only in Korea, it is like kimchi that you will find it only with Korean food. More

I just read the poor review from 2005 that thought they were amateurs. Sorry, but have to disagree. It is a beautiful mix of acrobats, percussion, story line and comedy. Everytime we have seen the show (4 so far), we left in a joyous mood, except sore from laughing. Brave enough I took my boss and his wife there when... More

I think the Nanta Theater is best described as a Las Vegas show with non-verbal performance. Since first presented on stage in 1997, Nanta has been developed into a must-see performance in Korea. The “Nanta” show to me, really easy and quick to understand FYI (this is the official Korea Tourism guide site) http://english.visitkorea.or.kr/enu/SI/SI_EN_3_1_1_1.jsp?cid=268151 More

My husband and I have been living in Seoul about 8 months and had heard a couple good reviews about Nanta. Tonight, we decided to go on a whim and ended up getting the last 2 tickets for the night. We saw the "blue" group... the show rotates between about 5 different sets of performers. This group had good chemistry... More

We went to Nanta at the Gangbuk Theater on a Tuesday night with the "black" actors troupe performing (the troupes are color coded). The theater was a little hard to find from the subway but people were helpful in pointing out the way. The show was hilarious - just sit back and enjoy the simple & fun humor. It was... More

I attended a performance at the Nanta Theatre in Seoul during a Study Tour there in July. It was a evening of laughter even though there were few words. We laughed through the entire show and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. It was similar to the Blue Man Group in Boston only with a cooking theme. Kudos go to the actors... More
