Loved going to the ciclovia every Sunday I was in Bogota. Just be careful, since you are 2600 meters above sea level, you might get dizzy if you exercise as soon as you arrive to Bogota.

Walking trough the Plaza de Bolivar, the Palacio Nariño which is the house of the president, Church of Mount Carmel an emblematic gothic church, all this can be seen, It is safe and you can really take fun pictures of people and monuments.
