Highly recomended to take a walk in this nice querter, where it all began. We took a local guide ane heard about the history of the city & how it evolved. The well restored houses along with the boutiqe shops and coffe places are an attraction you won't like to miss

ерыу are just a couple of blocks of old (on the local scale - about 100 years) buildings, some time nicely beautified by owners, but nearby blocks of decent terrible territory you need to walk through from the center/seashore is a poor experience
