the history of independence of isr reads like a fantastic novel-if u love history and things that deal with military/ intrigues/ warfare etc-u gota try to make this museum. Isr has the most museums per ca pita so its not an easy pick.

No matter what your views are on the Middle East conflict - and I have very strong views indeed - the Hagana Museum is worth checking out. It's far more well done and accessible than the nearby IDF History Museum (which is really only for military hardware buffs), with multimedia displays, videos, and all sorts of neat bells and whistles....
