Skip the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in the Old City and come here instead. You will have an Easter experience in a real garden where the tomb could have been. Tour groups can hold a worship service -- hearing our choir group sing "In the Garden" and have it echo across the space is truly moving. As in most... More

Interesting to see skull-like rock face that may have been Golgotha/Calvary and nearby tomb. Gives perspective on Biblical events.

It's a nice peaceful place outside of the Old City walls but most scholars don't believe this is the place where Jesus was buried. Groups come through and who knows what the tour guides tell them. Like most of Jerusalem, there is controvery about it. Go and say you were there.

A beautiful garden, giving a flavour of a biblical Garden Tomb. A rest from the heat of Jerusalem. Well worth a visit.

Well done site.It seems unlikely this is where Jesus was entombed but despite that I was happy to visit. There were many tourists here, yet it was calm and peaceful.

Full of tours of pilgrims who have a habit of busting into hymns and shouting 'he is risen'! Still it's a more likely location for the tale of JC's crucifixion etc.

This was a welcome refuge after the bustle of some of the churches we visited. The guide was good and our group was able to share communion in a small area of the garden. Would like to go back

An alternative version of what happened to Jesus. Nice setting just outside the city walls. Free and easy to find.
