“Pirates, Ancient Mariners and More...”

We particularly enjoyed the Pirate section of the museum as it was unusual to have this information presented visually, outside of film.This museum will enchant all family members with its dioramas and superb collection of historical ships and artifacts. Within easy walking distance of a Haifa train station, this is a must see to really understand Mediterranean history. More

It was real nice place to visit and to see all of these old time tools which seamen used to navigate through seas with so much archeological finding of specific tools, equipments and other history related to Israel. Added benefit is the walking distance to a few other historical / religious (Jewish and Christian) attractions in the area, after all... More
