A unique beverage in a cute little historic cafe. Lots of tiles and brass. A short detour if you are visiting the Sulamaniye mosque.

This is very traditional place to have cold drink for winter times called Boza , a fermented beverage made of maize, sugar, water and cinnamon powder put on it while serving.
