I thoroughly enjoyed this; my wife less so. I found the movements fascinating; she was disappointed that the dervishes don't spin faster.
But, given that it's only an hour, and that it's not something you will easily see elsewhere, why not give it a whirl(!).

The room in which the show was held was rather small and hence the seating was rather cramped and uncomfortable. This was a fun night of cultural dances and a good look at turkish culture and traditional attire. A must do while in Istanbul. The management was very good in making the arrangements for us ahead of time via email, and when we got there they had our tickets at willcall.
