A most interesting four hours preparing & eating lunch. Although generally not too interested in the meal preparation this was a most enjoyable experience at the home of Selin.

We had a great time chopping , chatting, sharing, tasting and snapping pictures as we were lead through the preparation of nine Turkish recipes. Learned a lot about local spices, favors and customs. No cooking skills required. Only an inquisitive mind about the foods we eat and a healthy appetite.

By lucky chance our South Africans had the perfect beginning and end for out trip to Turkey – not to talk about the middle part! And all with Turkish Flavours!
