I had the pleasure of attending a cooking class here with Linna and her team. The school is a little out of the way, but don't let that deter you as it's an easy tuk tuk ride from central Phnom Penh. Linna and her staff were so kind and generous! It was a very personal experience and I had a great time. She takes you to the local market, teaches you how to cook and present the dish. The best part, is at the very end you get to eat an amazing meal! More
