I joined one session at 12.20 and it was great! Though it's quite hot over noon in the studio, but still, good sweat and wish I could do their retreat at the weekend but I had to leave PP. Still remember the asanas and do it everyday now.

I did two classes here during the week I had in Phnom Penh - it takes about 5 - 10 minutes walk from the Independence monument (but get a moto if leaving after dark). The classes are held in an airy room (but you will work up a sweat) and mats and props are provided.

Nataraj Yoga is a serious place to do yoga. The teachers are great and they use the money to teach yoga to orphans and street kids. A real feel good place in all respects!
