The concept of puppets being perform on water is quite unique. However the reason why i gave it only two stars is because its boring..! I was hoping to see a story play but what was shown is actually more like a documentary about Vietnam and its cultures based on their legends and beliefs. If you're lucky you could catch... More

We ran into the theatre by accident and bought a ticket. We are 30 and 57 years old. We both had a great time. It was an hour of live music...live singing and many background stories about Vietnam. It was very professional and amazing to see how all the puppet actors were in the water themselves. It was well worth... More

this theater costs approx. 6 dollars for an approximately 45 minute show. Value for money is a guarantee, as something like this in the West would probably run over 30 dollars per person. The theater room titself is a bit crowded and the chairs really close together. The puppet show is really informative with background information written in English on... More

Just an average puppet show in the water. It was inexpensive and all seating was good. The narrators ans singers made the shoe dressed in traditional gear. Good way to cool off and rest a spell after walking through Hanoi traffic.

Inexpensive, and an introduction to Vietnamese cultural life through water puppets, local musical instruments and signing.

The story was very slow, had trouble staying awake, the amazing thing was how many people appeared at the end that were working the puppets
