Khun Nit deserves a Nobel Prize for patience. This cooking school is a bit off the beaten path in the Mae Rim area north of Chiang Mai city. I have done Thai cooking classes before and this was by far the best. Nid the teacher was very knowledgeable about not only local northern thai cooking techniques and recipes (she taught us dishes her mother taught her), but has professional chefing experience as well.
