There is cinema at level 7, got many restaurants there such as Ding Tai Feng. Used to go there for their Naraya Bag, which is always full of people. The place is quite kinda big, got around 7 floors :)
Great place to visit. the fresh food court was awesome where you could actually buy what you want and then sit and eat. It also has the Toys are Us Store which was awesome and we had a great time shopping. centrally located and a walking distance from Chitlom BTS
I spent a lot of time at this mall on my last two trips to Bangkok. Lots of restaurants and middle of the road shopping. Very clean and well kept washrooms. Suggest you go to Dairy Queen and try their fresh Mango Blizzard. Afsolutely great! There is a food court on Level 6 and 7 featuring mostly Japanese restaurants.
Central World includes 2 department stores, Zen with lots of nice designer stuff, and Isetan, very nice food court and also all the regular departments. The mall it self is not that overwhelming, but very nice and not as crowded as some of the other malls - eg. MBK!
Modern & mid range shopper experience with ZEN dept store (similar to Myer or David Jones) over multiple levels mixed in with standalone shops & great food & beverage places & restaurants. We had a wonderful lunch here of Tom Yum Seafood Soup & rice w/ sea bass, reasonably priced (approx AUD $30). Great way to spend few hours indoors...

this is my favourite hangout on Saturdays, whenever in Bangkok. Its spacious layout allows you to stroll and window-shop at the mostly high-end shops and boutiques as well as grab a bite at one of the countless eateries, just about all of them of high standard. From local fare to Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Indian to outlets like Sizzler and Pizza...

This is a modern mall in the sense that it has a similar layout to other big shopping malls in cities like Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. It contains certain flagship stores like ZEN (a bit like Tokyu Department Store in MBK), and big global brands like Pull & Bear, Uniqlo, Fox etc. As for food, there're various well-known F&B outlets...

This shopping centre is very affordable unlike some of the designer one in Bangkok and doesn't have the market feel like MBK. Its wht I old term a traditional mall with all the favourites Forever 21, Marks and Spencer, Bershaka, etc.
To get here get of the BTS at the Siam stop but instead of heading left towards MBK etc...
