We signed up to Amita's Thai Cooking hoping to learn more about Thai Food. From the morning pick up at the Hotel right through to the end everything was made easy for us. The ferry transfer was a great insight into the Old Bangkok capital and way of life.

When we arrived Tan was waiting for us on the jetty. Hang on I thought this is going to be different. We were ushered into her outdoor dining room and we tried a beautiful lemon drink with some herbs from the garden done tempura style.
