My sister and I went there during easter holiday for a half day spa. we booked through hotel concierge. when we arrived they urged us to choose their kind of "special package" without explaning the details to us and they did not give us any consultation before the treatment which I think people would normally do before spa asking any... I made a reservation the previous day and specified what I wanted done and was given a price. The next day I ended up getting 2.5 out of the 4 services requested, and was charged more then quoted. I didnt bother arguing because all of a sudden their english skills disappeared and I had already, dressed and left my room.... More

We went for the romance package which was 3 and a half hours. It incuded the massage, a rose milk bath, a rose scrub, and a facial. We spent three hours of our day with the lovely ladies of hapa spa. They were phenomenal! My husband and I enjoyed massages, hair cuts and pedis for quite a reasonable price. A must visit in Bangkok. The spa was clean and cute too! More

Staff very nice, excellent massage, location little bit small but usefull and the doble room very good furnished. Hope to' have time to' come again in the end of febrary.
