I expected this place to be the best spa in the world, but it was nowhere close. The spa itself was beautiful and getting there by a boat added the anticipation. We were given a couple suite, which was nice but nothing compared to the couple suite in Peninsula Hotel, Bangkok. We both chose to get the Oriental Signature Massage... More

No doubt at all Oriental spa is a nice beautiful place but for two reasons that we decided not to go to this spa is one it is hard to get there with getting a taxi and then a boat to cross over the river and secondly i think the price is too much for massage

Complimentary hotel ferry ride across the river to get to the spa was interesting. Excellent treatments on offer and you can't fault the quality of service and attentiveness. Had the 1hr Thai massage -- was fantastic! Worth a visit and pamper yourself!

Our next visit was to splurge a bit and treat our self with something has romantic ambiance and so we thought of having this Oriental Spa as something new to us.Beautiful place they got here and the staff were all polite and professional but somehow we found the massage was not up to our expectations.Really the massage was disappointing.

It is just like you are paying for some expansive branded goods or eating in a fancy one or two star Michelin restaurants but of course what you're paying for it's the service is excellent and the quality of the food or the goods that you're buying but not in this case of Oriental Spa where you pay to be... Spectacular spa with beautiful spa house across the river from the main hotel, already felt pampered in their complimentary boat service over the river. The spa itself is beautifully decorated inside and out.The massage was ok with a polite therapist who spoke good English, maybe not the most rigorous massage for sorting out knots but nice and relaxing.Price on the high... I went to Oriental Spa for 90 min Swedish massage with my wife. We needed to arrive the Spa Centre at least 15 mins before the booked session. We took shuttle boat at the Saphan Taksin pier, but could also get on a boat at the Oriental Hotel Spa. It was just opposite of the hotel across the river. The... More

Although it's really not in my budget, I almost always end up booking a massage here when I come through Bangkok. Starting with the boat trip across the river, it's an incredibly calming, professional experience. As others have observed, the facilities are beautiful (I highly recommend lunch at the traditional restaurant downstairs), and I've always gotten terrific massages from a... More

Really beautiful location, luxury and style. The staff is really kind and take care. The level of the treatment is standard for Bangkok I expected more for a so quoted SPA. The rates are expensive but you pay the luxury location. May Finder better in Bangkok.

Great spa, you will have to take a boat over from the main hotel, so add 5-10 minutes to your travel time to get there.
